What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and any information you enter while building your claim — including condition names, symptom descriptions, service history details, and uploaded documents. This information is stored securely and associated with your account only.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to provide the VA Claim Pilot service — to save your progress, generate documents, and display your claim information back to you. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose outside of operating this application.
Data storage
Account and claim data is stored using Supabase, a managed cloud database platform. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures that you can only access your own records.
Third-party sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will remove your data within 30 days of a verified request.
